I have woke up early in the morning (11am early or not?) to start struggling with the book....
OH my gosh, need to study 10 chapters... damn a lot laR.... Coz of this book specifically named as the subject Customer Relationship Management (CRM), i dunnoe whether i shud called its hard or easy for me to study... From the 1st chapter to the last chapter, bla bla bla... Toking the same things.... (but still afraid of the word FAIL lar).. Still hav to study!!!!!!!!!!!!Just because of this, throughout the day.... this is what relects from my eyes... The world is colorless...
I see the brightness (daytime ma) but i din see any color except for bronze @ brown colour (consider color blind lar hor, right?)...
After all, there's ntg for me to blog about today.... Coz i have to glue myself to the CRM book to get an 'A'.....
